About Donovan

Donovan O’Donnell has been an avid photographer since his early teenaged years. He has been charmed by various travel locations over the last decade, with destinations such as the Lofoten Archipelago in Norway and the Italian Dolomites providing great inspiration. After exploring over 25 countries, many bucket list adventures remain with the Chilean and Argentine Patagonia, Faroe Islands, and New Zealand topping the list. Driven to further enhance his ability to capture meaningful imagery, Donovan hopes to continue learning the mastery of light and composition while exploring Earth’s greatest destinations.

Outside of photography, Donovan is a dedicated engineer. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada in 2018. Donovan completed his Master’s of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering under the Canada Research Chair in Electrified Vehicles program in 2022. He has worked in research and development positions in the automotive industry and is passionate about the transition to a more sustainable future. He currently resides in Montréal, Québec.
